Mabo Katsudon is a Hyogo Prefecture regional cuisine dish of the city Nishinomiya. It is sometimes called "Nishinomiya Katsudon" and is a local favorite of the people who live in the area and especially from the Kansai University students nearby who always come back hungry for more.
