There is a green seasoning that he puts inside that also has garlic salt, black pepper, and a few other things. When people make this style and add Furikake to it the tempura is called "Furikake Tempura". Suda Store (Suda Beach) - Chow Funn Suda store well the original location was like Fukushima and Olowalu store. We always went there to buy chow fun when we were heading home from the beach. Mom and Pop store. Then they closed and reopened off of Ohukai Rd. It's now closed. Little over a year now. Sad to see how many mom and pop stores and restaurants closed. Still Alive and Kicking!
